Abstract:

Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to validate a model for using the entrepreneurial ecosystem in e-banking. Method: This study was a cross-sectional survey in terms of method and time of data collection. The statistical population included managers and experts of the country's electronic banking system. The sample size was 384 people and sampling was done by simple random method. Structural equation modeling and LISREL software were used to validate the entrepreneurial ecosystem model. Also, the indicators of entrepreneurial ecosystem were prioritized by confirmatory factor analysis, validation method and Savara method. Results: The results showed that the strategic management of electronic banking affects the policy and management of banking human resources. These factors themselves provide a platform for the creation of ideas in e-banking that influences the institutionalization of innovative culture. Likewise, the culture of innovation affects the quality of e-services and e-banking marketing and ultimately leads to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in e-banking. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, strategic management of electronic banking is considered as the underlying factor of the model.
